By helping with refreshments you give band members the opportunity to socialise together in break time while raising funds for instruments, equipment, tours and much more. It can be fun and lead to lasting friendships. For safeguarding volunteers must be parents/carers of band members.
We use an online rota and reminder tool to organise our refreshment volunteering. It’s called SignUp and works in 3 easy steps:

The County Youth Band will perform at the private HCC Chairman’s Carols in the Great Hall in Winchester in the evening
The Junior and Training Bands will perform consecutively from 11am-1pm at the Buttercross in Winchester precinct
The bands will be performing at Oaklands Catholic School from 4-6pm. Tickets will be available for purchase at Perins in the refreshment area – see here for more information
