Our impressive county ensembles provide an opportunity for you to meet with other musicians from all over Hampshire, playing pieces and enjoying performance opportunities that might not be possible within area groups.
Our County Ensembles enjoy excellent regional, national, and international reputation and provide the highest quality ensemble experience for young musicians. An impressive range of performance opportunities in Hampshire and beyond, masterclasses with professional performers, and exciting overseas tours awaits you!

The Hampshire County Youth Band Association will be holding its AGM at 10:15am on Saturday 7 October 2023. All members are invited to attend. Parents and legal guardians of current band members, as well as the conductors of the bands, are automatically members of the Association.
The agenda will be made available before the meeting.
We are looking for new committee members. As well as six current committee members who wish to continue in their roles, we have seven further vacancies. We are re-launching our highly successful Endangered Species programme on Saturday 12 November. No previous experience required, this scheme is suitable for absolute beginners. Register your interest no later than 10 November using the Hampshire Music Service form.
